Note: You can change the setting “Deliver new e-mails to the following location” by going to Tools - Account settings. When replying, forwarding, or sending new messages, there will be a button under the Send button called Account and the user can use that to choose which account to send as. Result: This will send all messages to the one Exchange Mailbox. Note: In Outlook, the user can allow all messages to go into the one inbox or create rules to have them moved to separate folders. Please refer to: How to configure Outlook 2013 using POP3 (Exchange 2013). Follow the steps to add each POP account to that profile. Option 2: One Exchange account and multiple POP accounts It will also allow the main user to view each mailbox, select any message and when replying, only have to enter the address they would want to “send on the behalf of”. Result: This will allow each user to use their own mailbox if needed.
